Terms of use

In short: you create AI videos and photos using credits. Only upload photos and videos of yourself or of people who authorized it, never of minors in Character Swap, and don't use results to deceive anyone. Failures and blocks refund your credits. You can delete your account at any time.

1. Who we are and acceptance

Vídeos DIIA is operated by Vídeos DIIA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy policy.

The service is for people aged 18 or older.

2. The service

Vídeos DIIA generates videos, photos and audio with artificial intelligence from what you upload, such as Character Swap and Living Old Photo.

Results are AI-generated and may have imperfections. We don't guarantee a specific result. Files are delivered without watermarks or labels.

3. Account

You sign in with Google or with a code sent to your e-mail, and you're responsible for access to your account.

Free welcome credits are given once per person. Creating accounts to repeat the benefit leads to suspension.

4. Credits and payments

  • Each product costs a number of credits, shown before you confirm the creation.
  • In Brazil, payments are processed by Mercado Pago (PIX or card); elsewhere, by Stripe. We don't store your card number.
  • Credits expire: packs last 12 months and free credits last the period shown when you claim them. Credits can't be exchanged for money.
  • If a creation fails or is blocked, the credits automatically return to your account.
  • Refunds: within 7 days of purchase, you can ask for a refund of unused credits by writing to contato@phvia.com.
  • Prices may change, but the credits you've already bought keep their value.

5. What you upload

When you upload a photo or video, you declare that:

  • the person in the character photo is you or an adult who authorized the use of their image;
  • in Living Old Photo, the photo is of your family or you have the right to use it;
  • base videos are yours, licensed, or from the Vídeos DIIA library;
  • the content has no minors in Character Swap, no nudity, sex, violence, hate, harassment or political or electoral propaganda;
  • you won't use the result to deceive, defame, scam or impersonate anyone.

You allow us to process what you upload only to generate the requested result and, if you authorize it, to show the result in the public gallery.

6. Moderation

Photos, videos and results go through automated moderation, and we may review cases manually.

Content that breaks these terms is blocked. After 3 blocks, the account is suspended. If you think it was a mistake, contact contato@phvia.com.

8. Using the results

Results are for personal use. Commercial use is only allowed on plans that include it.

Don't present the result as real to deceive anyone, and follow each social network's rules on labeling AI-made content.

9. Intellectual property

The Vídeos DIIA brand, website and software are ours. You keep ownership of what you upload, and we don't claim authorship of your results.

Videos in the trends library are licensed for use within the service.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service online, but it may have interruptions and changes.

You're responsible for what you upload and for how you use the results. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

You can delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account. Deletion happens after 7 days, during which you can still cancel it.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on the website or by e-mail, and the version date is at the top of this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to the consumer rights of your country of residence.
